Appointments and Cancellations

- Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our website and via Facebook, or by phone.

- Cancellation policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without any notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

- Payment Methods: We accept credit card and cash.

- Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service. 

- Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to the session.

- Sanitation: We follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff.
